Oracle Database 11gR2 OEM故障排除案例

客戶的OEM出現故障，開啟登入頁面顯示如下：

查看資料庫狀態與服務都是正常的。
解決問題最好的辦法當然是查看後台日誌報了什麼錯，EM的日誌在什麼地方呢？其實很明顯：

    啟動、查看em狀態的時候，最後一行都會限制OEM日誌的位置，切換到日誌目錄，例如：

    其中emoms.log記錄了OEM大部分的日誌，查看該日誌發現如下報錯：

    報錯非常的明顯，host不能被解析，這裡的host指的應該是scan-name，嘗試ping <scan-name>和nslookup <scan-name>都失敗，後來得知是客戶的DNS伺服器出現故障，於是將scan-name對應的其中一個IP臨時的加到/etc/hosts檔案中，重啟oem即恢複正常。

另外有關OEM的設定檔存放在$ORACLE_HOME/sysman/config目錄下。
