函數講解：

strtotime() 函數：將任何英文文本的日期或時間描述解析為 Unix 時間戳記（自 1970 1月 1日 00:00:00 GMT 起的秒數）。

date() 函數：可把時間戳記格式化為可讀性更好的日期和時間，類似於MySQL中的date_format()。
