當訪問啟用SSL資源的時候，會出現\"did you forget to enable it when you configured PHP\"錯誤提示，從提示我們可以看出肯定是php.ini中沒有配置好SSL模組。開啟php.ini找到extension=php_openssl.dll，取消注釋

在PHP開啟SSL的方法很簡單，先找到php.ini檔案，將 extension=php_openssl.dll 前面的注釋符號“;”去掉，然後重新啟動apache就可以生效了！

有的朋友這樣做卻發現ssl沒有生效，那麼有個辦法，就是將dlls檔案夾裡面的ssleay32.dll和libeay32.dll檔案拷貝到 C:WINDOWSsystem32 檔案夾。

ssleay32.dll libeay32.dll php_openssl.dll

那麼如何判定ssl是否生效呢？就要查看phpinfo了，寫一個簡單的phpinfo()測試程式，找到openssl這個位置，如果OpenSSL support是enabled就說明ssl已經開啟。
