php頁面傳值接接不到值解決方案

php頁面傳值接接不到值
當前頁面為tp.php 有一個form表單要傳值給當前頁面，

當點擊之後地址欄的確出現了傳值內容 但是當前頁面的語句卻接不到值

請教各位高人幫忙看看是怎麼回事
