php 安全相關問題

上傳網站時總是出現 未定義的常量及變數的警告。安裝網站時出現
You don't have permission to access /blog/onSubmit="return on this server.

但是httpd-conf已經改過了。。。

檔案夾沒有許可權吧

onSubmit是html哦，怎??做了檔案?。

/blog/onSubmit="return on this server.
這個是哪裡出現？
如果是服務的原因，查看apache日誌。

You don't have permission to access /blog/onSubmit="return on this server. 這個解決了。。
但是我在安裝時出現Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO) 我的配置是對了的。。有沒有可能是MySQL版本的問題？因為我看教程是可以安裝的。
