使用CodeSmith4.0針對中文會有亂碼問題，變成“????”
解決辦法：
1、開啟CodeSmith Studio
2、開啟菜單Tools--〉Options
3、確認Enable unicode support鉤上
4、修改你的CodeProject代碼

加入 ResponseEncoding="UTF-8"
