讀定txt檔案的問題

一。請問怎麼每次把內容寫入txt檔案的第一行。

二。請問怎麼讀取txt檔案的最後一行。

一。那個寫入txt第一行把txt檔案原來的內容都清除了，我是想保留原來的內容，新內容插入到第一行。

看來沒有直接功能去實現，只能迴圈取出資料了，謝謝啦
