rails 標籤title換行

<a>標籤的title屬性，可以提供提示性的語言；當滑鼠放在<a>標籤上時，就會顯示出內容來；

但是當要顯示一個內容比較長時，title屬性中的內容不會換行，會讓頁面不夠漂亮；

解決方案是可以在title內容中加入"&#13;"內容，來控制換行；

以下是我實現的方法：

truncate(h(unit.memo), 10)  :內建方法，用於當內容位元組長度超過10個位元組時，只截取10個字元，而後的內容用"......."代替；

表格中的<td>也可設定tilte屬性！
