解決：用mongrel伺服器來代替Redmine內建的Webrick伺服器


windows環境

Redmine版本是2.5.2

Rils 版本：3.2.19

Ruby版本：1.9


執行：

gem install mongrel --prv （兩橫線）


然後修改Redmine下gemfile檔案


    添加：gem‘mongrel‘,‘~>1.2.0.pre2‘


刪除：gemfile.lock


然後再執行：

bundle install 重建gemfile.lock檔案


最後：

ruby script/rails server mongrel -e production
