Follow up for "Remove Duplicates":

What if duplicates are allowed at most twice?

For example,

Given sorted array A = [1,1,1,2,2,3],

Your function should return length = 5, and A is now [1,1,2,2,3].

思路：因為輸入資料是有序的，所以只需比較當前元素與新序列的倒數第二個元素，若相等，跳過當前元素；否則，將當前元素加入新序列尾部。
