（一）使用事件檢視

在 System Center 2012 – Operations Manager 中，你可以使用警報的事件檢視來協助你調查導致警報的問題。

然後在事件檢視中可以查看到對應這個警報的詳細事件資訊，。

（二）使用健全狀況總管來調查問題

預設情況下，當“健全狀況總管”視窗開啟時，處於故障狀態的所有監視器將會展開。 如果監視器包含其他監視器，例如匯總監視器，則健全狀況總管會在階層布局中顯示所有監視器，並顯示所有相關服務和應用程式的監視資料。 要查看關於任何相關監視器的詳細資料，你可以按右鍵該監視器，然後單擊“監視器屬性”以開啟另一個健全狀況總管視窗。
