用於Nagios中監控伺服器串連數指令碼

   最近因為伺服器不斷有增加新的業務，需要對伺服器的最大串連數進行調整評估，所以就利用Nagios去監控相應的串連數，指令碼也是利用Nagios發送相應的轉態來實現監控，實現也很簡單
