給select設定預設值，在option在頁面上已經寫死的情況下

從後台傳來資料 request.setAttribute("time", time), time有year、month屬性，

而前台頁面上的select中的option卻已寫死，

可以通過 jstl 運算式來進行判斷。

這種寫法只可以對簡單的資料進行判斷。
