SGU111 Very simple problem（大數開方）

題意是，給出一個大整數（範圍 10^1000），求2次方不大於該數的最大數

開始用的是C的高精度加上筆算開方，但是一整天都沒出結果，我類個去啊……

無奈找了個 java 的代碼，先出出氣……

思想很簡單，從1~10^500，區間二分求平方然後跟目標數比較。

第一次寫（抄）java……
