SharePoint change the form title and rename the Attachment File via javaScript

How to change the form title

sometimes, we don't need the default display title in sharepoint form, if we could custom the title by ourselves, I have good method to change the form title.

 

For Example 1: Change the default form title;

 

The code:

function renameTitle(rename){var title = document.title;title = title.replace(/Completed Product/, rename);document.title = title;}

 

For example 2: 
Rename the Attachment File.

the default name is Attachment File, now I change it to Required Documents.
