List Definition即: 列表的定義. SharePoint的OOB(out of box)的list definition一般儲存在兩個檔案內，

  SCHEMA.XML: 應用到列表上

  ONET.XML:應用到整個網站上

 任何一個出現在建立頁面裡的列表定義(List Definition)都在Local_Drive:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\TEMPLATE\FEATURES下面有一個自己的Feature子檔案夾, 這些子檔案夾都包含一個叫做Schema.xml的檔案. 這個Schema.xml檔案定義了views, forms, toolbar, 還有通過list definition建立出來的特殊fields.

  在開發List Definition時，你需要確定兩個重要的值 "Type" and "BaseType"，下面就是關於這兩個值的參考列表:

 Type

 For列解釋:  “ “ = WSS 3.0, "M" = MOSS 2007 only list type, "E" = MOSS 2007 Enterprise, 2010 = 2010!

 List/Library列解釋:  0 = list, 1 = library, (4 用於調查表？)

 最後一列解釋: 在Sharepoint中(或者Sharepoint的內容資料庫中)顯示為什麼內容

Type="100"  --Generic List

BaseType="0" --Custom List
