小規模作業運行在厚節點隊列上,配置:
這三個隊列節點都一樣,16路4核 共64核 Xeon X7350 2.93GHz, 512G記憶體
x64_small 共2個節點 1-8核 6小時
x64_3950 共5個節點 1-64核 6小時
x64_3950_long 共11個節點 1-64核 144小時
x64_small就是用來給小作業啟動並執行。
如果需要運行稍大作業的話,不妨用x64_3950或x64_3950_long,事實上這兩個隊列的資源使用方式相對x64_small更為空白閑一 些
中大規模作業運行在刀片隊列,限制核心數>= 64
作業已耗用時間1分鐘,需要2個CPU核心,單個節點上使用1個CPU核心,提交到x64_small 隊列,標準輸出檔案為zlt.out,錯誤輸出檔案為zlt.err,運行程式名為comm:

一次提交多個作業,寫個bash指令碼submit.sh[其實不必這樣,命令疊加的方式也不錯]:
