error C2039: “NotifyWinEvent”: 不是“`global namespace'”的成員error C2039: “NotifyWinEvent”: 不是“`global namespace'”的成員

error C2660: “CWnd::NotifyWinEvent”: 函數不接受 4 個參數

解析：
Debug模式編譯正常 但是release模式編譯就會出現這兩個錯誤。 

解決方案：

找到項目中的 stdafx.h 標頭檔；

開啟，找到：

#ifndef WINVER    // 允許使用 Windows 95 和 Windows NT 4 或更高版本的特定功能。
#define WINVER 0x0400  //為 Windows98 和 Windows 2000 及更新版本改變為適當的值。
#endif

修改為：
#ifndef WINVER    // 允許使用 Windows 95 和 Windows NT 4 或更高版本的特定功能。
#define WINVER 0x0500  //為 Windows98 和 Windows 2000 及更新版本改變為適當的值。
#endif 

即可。
