解決https://localhost:1158/em 頁面無法開啟的問題

https://localhost:1158/em 無法顯示頁面，在網上查閱資料以後發現這個頁面時由服務：OracleDBConsoleoracl控制的，所以到管理介面開啟服務：OracleDBConsoleoracl。但是啟動OracleDBConsoleoracl服務的時候報錯：Windows不能在本機電腦啟動OracleDBConsoleorcl。有關更多資訊，查閱系統事件日誌。如果這是非Microsoft 服務，請與服務廠商聯絡，並參考特定服務錯誤碼 2。 如所示。

在c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc檔案夾中找到hosts檔案，在最後加入

192.168.1.181   localhost  

其中192.168.1.181是我當前的ip地址，如果當前電腦沒有接入網路，請在hosts中加入

127.0.0.1       localhost 

按以上步驟即可開啟OracleDBConsoleoracl服務

PS:網址不要寫錯了！！！！！！

網址是：https://localhost:1158/em，而不是http://localhost:1158/em。如所示：
