spring3.0配置搭建

整了一天終於把spring3.0.2+hibernate3+tiles2.1.3 結合起來了，搭建了一個項目環境，下面我把我的設定檔放上來，希望對spring3感興趣的同志們有協助。

基本上就是這些，其他有些地方都是些基本的就不需要多說了。
