pre_permutation

描述: 取得 [first, last) 所標示之序列的前一個排列組合。如果沒有,返回 false,有,返回true
思路:
從後往前
1.找兩個相鄰元素,令左端的元素為*i,右端的元素為*ii,且滿足 *i > *ii
2.找出第一個小於 *i 的元素,令其為 *j,將*i,*j元素對調
3.將ii右端的所有元素顛倒
