字串替換
有一段字串，存在多個"#xxxxx#"這樣的子串，我想把這樣的子串轉換成其他的字串，應該怎麼做？

#xxxxx#轉成 ，就是把##裡面的字元取出來 然後把整個#xxxxx#替換成
