struts2+spring+hibernate 中文問題

1. 開發環境要設定成UTF-8 Eclipse很方便設定
2. jsp頁面使用<%@ page contentType="text/html;charset=UTF-8" %>和
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;charset=UTF-8">
