CSS是Cascading Style Sheets層疊樣式表。
CSS的目的是為了讓內容與表現分離，通常把style（比如文本顏色）定義在.css檔案中，html檔案只包含網頁內容，不包含如何顯示（如文本顏色）。可以.css檔案定義一系列html網頁的style，讓網站風格統一，且易於更改外觀（只需要更改.css檔案）。
CSS文法：
selector {property0: value; property1: value; ... }
selector可以直接是tag的名字，也可以是#id，或.class。
css也可以處於html文檔內部，如：
