result_traits模板定義在bind.hpp中，屬於_bi namespace中。

第一個模板定義R為type

第二個和第三個都要求F類型具有內部定義的result_type。

這個模板很簡單，就是要產生result_traits<T...>::type 類型作為傳回型別。
