錯誤描述：今天搭架構的時候，配置啟用事務註解事出現如下錯誤：the prefix "tx" for element "tx:annotation-driven" is not bound

解決方案：這是AOP（AOP是啥。可見俺對AOP的理解http://blog.csdn.net/lizhengnanhua/article/details/8707639）未聲明的錯誤，在applicationContext.xml中修改頭部聲明如下： <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
