目標：
Block Recovery 會考慮到可以使用的增量備份嗎？

解決方案：
包含壞塊的datafile的備份必須是"full backups" or "Incremental level 0 backups"

Block Recovery 不會使用 'incremental level 1' 備份，
因為不完全掃描backupset的話，我們不知道需要恢複的block是否存在。
這麼做可能導致資源的浪費，若是塊不在增量備份中的話。

因此，blockrecover命令只會使用歸檔日誌和備份來完成恢複工作。

New from 11gR1 onward
- Flashback logs are as well searched for good copies of the block, but for RMAN to be able to search the flashback logs
  for good copies of corrupt blocks, Flashback Database must be enabled on the target database.

  When performing block media recovery, RMAN automatically searches the flashback logs, if they are available,
  for the required blocks before searching backups.
- Command BLOCKRECOVER is replaced by RECOVER BLOCK .
