UITableView 高度動態自適應 iphone

有時我們需要動態調整UITableViewCell的高度，根據內容的不同設定不同的高度，以前看到一種實現方法，寫得有點麻煩，具體地址找不到了，這裡有個更好的（至少我認為），分享一下部分代碼。
