ClientScriptManager.RegisterStartupScript的使用

因為ClientScriptManager是一個密封類，因為平時編程中很少用到密封類，一時用常規的思維去使用，不成功，
的使用，後來我查了msdn,ClientScriptManager cs = Page.ClientScript;  但是密封類還和常規類一樣的使用方法只是這個類沒有建構函式，不能按照常規方法使用。
