返 回的boolean值將告知 Flash Player 去編譯外部txt檔案，當其屬性設為false時，Flash Player
會以Unicode的編碼格式去編譯外部txt檔案，（當你儲存的時候必須將其存為Unicode的編碼格式）當其設為true時，Flash
Player 運行其播放器的作業系統所帶的傳統的代碼的方式進行編譯，預設情況下useCodePage 為false

當你通過使用 flash.display.Loader類的load() 或 flash.net.URLLoader 或
flash.net.URLStream　或 XML 類載入的外部txt文本，文本必須存成Unicode，以便flash player
可以將其以Unicode進行編碼
