使用短網址服務–百度的短網址API

直接貼代碼吧，依賴包有apache的httpclient，可以在apache.org下http components下下載（這個包需要apache的commons logging的包才能運行，囧！）

有個問題，我在測試環境下，host是一個內網IP加上一個連接埠號碼，會提示這個URL不安全，返回錯誤！
