use tomcat to access the file cross the environment

background:

項目中的一個小工具，是一個Cron Job ，每天去搜集下伺服器Hadoop Job的運行狀態，並產生一份報告發送給整個Team，生產報告的同時把相關的記錄檔儲存到固定的一台機子上，方便以後查看和分析，因為生產環境上的Log只儲存7天。

問題：

日誌是儲存上固定的目錄下面，而且是在Linux系統上面，是我們Local的一台機子。我們Email Report 無法通過 file schema 的方式訪問到該檔案，所以我就想通過Tomcat 搭建一個Web伺服器來訪問到該檔案，這個可以跨環境，而且國外的同事也可以

看到日誌資訊。

解決：

tomcat version :7.0.55 

update the server.xml
