在UIView中建立 delegate的屬性的時候一定要用assign，不能用retain

      在UIView中建立  delegate的屬性的時候一定要用assign，不能用retain.

      因為這會導致循環參考，導致一些介面的dealloc函數不能被調用，這個時候，如果有在init和dealloc中 註冊和反註冊通知訊息，會導致通知響應函數被調用多次，導致問題。
