td在relative模式下，IE9不顯示border,chrome正常顯示邊框

百度上怎麼也搜不出答案，很奇怪的問題。在IE9的 F12調試中，明明td有1個像素的邊框，偏偏不顯示。

最後用bing搜尋，找到老外的文章。就立馬解決問題。 這讓我感覺像是，一般醫生折騰也看不好病，好醫生總能一語中的。對國外同行由衷佩服。

但這樣，td是顯示在table之下的，當移動時，會被table的其它部門蓋住。

原來背景也有邊界的：決定背景會蓋住哪些部分。
