The fable of the Chicken and the Pig is used to illustrate the differing levels of project
stakeholders involved in a project。

製造一份有培根和雞蛋早餐，為此，豬要犧牲生命奉上火腿，而雞隻要輕鬆的下下蛋就可以了。用這個比喻不同人對一個項目的參與程度，pig is committed while
chicken is only involved.

For a Scrum project, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Team are considered as people who are
committed to the project while customers and executive management are considered as involved but not committed to the project.
