tp中對json_decode返回null的解決辦法

json_decode要求的字串比較嚴格：
（1）使用UTF-8編碼
（2）不能在最後元素有逗號
（3）不能使用單引號
（4）不能有\r,\t，如果有請替換

tp架構中的I函數預設對post的參數進行了htmlspecialchars過濾

string(23) "{"test":"url",‘attr‘:1}"

string(43) "{"test":"url",‘attr‘:1}"

json_decode是先進行htmlspecialchars_decode()處理
