Open CMD and enter the following command:

Mysql-u root-p

Then enter the password:

Before importing a script file, set the character encoding:

Charset gbk;

Note: the preceding statement is very critical, so that you can properly save it in the cmd window or enter Chinese characters on the client.

We recommend that you do not use client connection tools such as SQLyog or Navicat Premium for beginners.
