A listener error or uninitialized service handle occurred on startup, ORA-24324: Service handle not initialized, ORA-01041: Internal error, Hostdef extension does not exist

The workaround is to quit and then conn the SYS again and start the database with startup normal.

You must connect again, or you will not be able to start the database!!!!! It is useless to say anything about changing your listening files or sqlnet files on the Web!!!
