Windows Installed on the server uses dotnet1.1
Now dotnet2.0 is installed again. We use remote control to operate the server, so the user is not the Administrator
Then the following error occurs:
Server application unavailable
The Web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable. Please hit the "refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request.

Suddenly, I searched for a solution, and then tried several seemingly more likely methods, without any effect.
Finally, I found that there was no Asp.net user in the folder of the site, so I added this user. Unfortunately, it was OK.
