The consequence is that the project manager is busy writing code every day and the team members are idle. The Project Manager may be the most competent in the project team. One task is assigned to the team members for time, and the quality cannot be guaranteed. It takes time to explain the problem. It is easy to solve the problem by yourself. It doesn't matter if one or two tasks are not enough, one day has passed since such small tasks have been accumulated. Busy with development, although the tasks you develop may be of good quality and beautiful code, you don't have time to design and communicate with customers because of these tasks, no time for review code, no time for quality control ......, It is really a behavior of losing watermelon to pick up sesame seeds.

 

Therefore, the new project manager should first jump out of consciousness, look at the entire project from a higher perspective, and make overall planning, rather than focusing on several tasks. It is also your responsibility to lack of team members. You should teach them to work and let them grow up. It may be hard for you to make a plan and make control, but once the team members are trained, they will get twice the result with half the effort. Remember: a person's energy is limited after all.
