ACCESS is composed of a table-based database and its development environment. Thanks to its efficient model building speed, many people prefer to use it to communicate with users to confirm the accuracy of the design.

ACCESS = ACCESS operation + VB + RDB (not RDBMS, because I personally think ACCESS is not a database management system)
