This error occurs this time. Go to the Event Viewer and see the prompt: " By Failed to create ApplicationProgramTherefore, the request is not executed. Error: 0x80070005 Access denied. ". Obviously, this is because of permission issues. The result shows that the program is on the desktop, and the virtual path points Desktop. Put the program on the edisk, change the virtual directory to point to it, and the website will be accessible. The problem is that the desktop is the desktop of a user account on disk C, and the permissions are limited.
