I found some information to solve the problem:
Enable terminal:
~ $ Scim-dLaunching a SCIM process with x11...
Loading socket Config module...
Creating backend...
Loading x11 FrontEnd module...
GTK Panel of SCIM 1.4.7
Starting SCIM as daemon...
SCIM has been successfully launched.
In this way, scim can be started.
However, there is still no way to enter letters or Chinese characters in the browser.
Go to SCIM settings: in global settings, check both options. No conflict has been found.
Use this method first.
