After Win10 is turned on, right-click and keep labeling. What should I do ?, Win10 circle

In Windows 10, when you right-click the desktop and keep labeling, the system does not respond when you click somewhere else on the desktop. What should I do if this happens?

On the Windows 10 desktop, right-click the start button and select the running menu item from the pop-up menu.

In the open running window, enter the msconfig command and click OK to open the System Configuration window.

In the System Configuration window that appears, click the "tool" label above.

In the tool list, locate and change UAC settings. Click Start in the lower-right corner.

Open the User Account Control settings window, adjust the slider to the bottom, and click OK.
