Isn't the damn [WPF] RichTextBox used for release without being tested?

We have encountered many holes in RichTextBox before. Today's things are like this:

1. You can download a Microsoft official demo of RichTextBox in msdn to reproduce this problem, or download it here.

2. Run it. First enter something in the English Input Method

 

3. Do not select any text, and click a button on the toolbar that can change the text attributes, such as underline.

4. Enter something.
 

5, middle ~ It seems great. The characters entered later are underlined.

6. disable thisProgram, Run it again, but please use another input method, such as Chinese.
