./Configure -- prefix =/opt/gtk
Make
Make install
Check
[Root @ bogon tiff-3.8.2] # echo $?
0
[Root @ bogon tiff-3.8.2] # pkg-config -- modversion tiff
Package tiff was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you shoshould add the directory ining 'tiff. pc'
To the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'tiff 'found
Why cannot I find the version?
P.S: Front./configure; make install are both normal and there are no errors, that is, you cannot view the last version, and gtk + cannot be installed later. Export PKG_CONFIG_PATH =/opt/gtk/lib/pkgconfig: $ PKG_CONFIG_PATH and export LD_LIBRARY_PATH =/opt/gtk/lib: $ LD_LIBRARY_PATH have already been used.
