Cause:
In GIF. class. php, the class Name of the constructor GIFEncoder and GIFDecoder does not use _ construct. It is normal to change to _ construct.
The cause of the error is As follows: as of PHP 5.3.3, methods with the same name as the last element of a namespaced class name will no longer be treated As constructor. this change doesn' t affect non-namespaced classes.

Decompress the GIF. class. php file in the attachment package to overwrite the ThinkPHP library,
