IE browser compatibility follow-up preface

Continue to try to solve the Internet Explorer compatibility problem, the ending plan is to replace jquery,angularjs,ie version.

1. first try to change the jquery version to 1.7.2

Jquery-1.9.1.js-jquery-1.7.2.js-Jquery2.1.4.js invalid

2. try changing the IE version IE8

IE11-IE8 ( not supported on native systems )-IE10

angular-1.3.0.14-->angular-1.2.0
