Apple post firewall using FaceTime Guide

Apple has published a bulletin on its Technical Support page detailing how FaceTime is used behind a firewall, which is widely used in schools, companies and high security homes.

Here is a guide to the settings that Apple provides for how to turn on the ports required for FaceTime:

Open port

If you are connecting to a WiFi router that uses a firewall or security software to restrict Internet connections, please contact your network administrator and attach this article. Using FaceTime under restricted WiFi networks, forwarding rules require port 3,80,443,4080,5223 and 16393-16472 (UDP) to be turned on.

The WiFi network administrator can refer to the router, firewall, security software documentation, and get the port configuration modification method.
