Recently, the company did not know what to do. After a R & D team completed the task, it did not arrange a new project plan. Instead, it started Technical Research and did not work overtime for two months, living is even less pitiful. The standard 8-hour work every day, this cola breaks down this group of people. As for the company's purpose, it is natural that there is a sense of being drunk.

Some time ago, I joined a three-month shift, including five days of overnight work, four complaints, and even some people proposed to resign. One of these was previously outsourced to Japan, saying that at that time the working environment was loose, how much work was required, and how humanized management was. This is a heated discussion among employees. We have just finished working overtime, and we are still angry. However, the company considers this matter as a subject. Soon after, we all took photos and watched them like mice.

Speaking of the working environment, I have to mention the industry benchmark-Google! This time, our R & D team two hit the same thing.

The two R & D teams of the two months not only experienced a youthful journey, but also traveled twice between Inner Mongolia and Guilin. After their indulgence, the company neither asked them to do anything, nor asked them to work harder than before, but to continue working as before.

Until one day, the company held a meeting of all employees to discuss in detail the work of the two R & D groups in those two months.

1. attitude towards work

Not all. This experience has given many colleagues in the R & D team a strong self-learning ability and a passion for programming. Without the pressure of progress, they can fully explore the depth and breadth of New Technologies, write tests in many ways, and drive curiosity. The code they write is more reusable and practical, maybe this is the essence of the programming world.

However, there are also a lot of people who have the chance to relax on the internet, watch news, chat, send status, relay space, and then play with their mobile phones. Of course, you may think that these people are not doing the right thing. After all, they are in the company. The company's opinion is that not all people have strong self-learning capabilities. When you lose the hand that pushes you forward, you lose motivation, no direction, just three minutes of hot work.

This time, the company has selected many technical support centers that will be established later. The passion for programming has gradually become the review standard for recruitment.

2. Team Cooperation capability

This is an unexpected achievement. When everyone is relaxed, most people work together in a more harmonious manner, and the discussion is more comprehensive and detailed when protocol interfaces are formulated. This caused the company to think about the team's ability to work at another level. Some teams have to work overtime, but some teams have plenty of time and are relatively free, of course, there are also differences in project subsidies. The purpose of the next phase is to gradually transition from working overtime to a more relaxed working atmosphere, but one thing is becoming more and more demanding-self-control.

In the current environment, such a change is still idealistic and effective in a short time, but it is hard to say that it will not lose control for a long time, it is hard to say how long the programmer's love for programming will last. Many problems are unknown. In particular, there are various consumption pressures. When you have time, you may voluntarily apply for overtime work on your own. This may even cause a departure trend. I have to say that it is also an adventure for the company to take the R & D team two as the pioneer.

3. Personal abilities

The improvement of personal abilities must be one of the top concerns of all programmers who have just entered this industry, and the company's trial has estimated the potential of this individual.

Although many of the company's initiatives are for the future, it is hard to say whether they can be combined after so many advantages are reserved, or if there is any chance, it cannot be controlled now. Having invested time, money, and manpower, the final loss is really a joke of the first kind. However, I have been supportive of the company's initiatives from beginning to end, and the company dares to take risks, it is undoubtedly a broader path for your own development.

Although it is a double-edged sword, but failed, the company still has funds to support the internal restructuring; but if it leaves, it will actually make money, which is bound to become a strong soft cultural strength, this will greatly reduce the turnover rate of talent. Currently, you can only view it while walking...
